Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Courier delivery across South Africa typically takes 6–11 business days depending on your location. Outlying areas may take a few extra days.

A flat nationwide courier rate is calculated at checkout. Orders of two or more ritual kits ship free.

As soon as your parcel leaves us, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If something looks wrong, email the Atelier within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch.
