The 30-day ritual guarantee
If the ritual isn't for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No lengthy forms, no fuss.
How to start a return
Email hello@bloomsociety.co.za with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
Condition of items
Where possible, please return items in their original condition and packaging. Part-used oil is fine — we'd rather you actually tried the ritual.
Refunds
Once your return is received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll replace it at our cost.
